Cancellation and Fee Refund Policy

Cancellation requests should be sent by e-mail to the REI-15 Secretariat (secretary@rei2009.org).
  • Registrations cancelled before August 7, 2009 will be charged by 10% of the total fee for administrative costs.
     
  • Registrations cancelled after August 7, 2009 will be charged by 30% of the total fee.
