The Registration can be done only by filling the Online Registration Form. After a successful registration an e-mail of acknowledgment will be received.

Some Instructions for compiling the Registration Form:

• all the fields with an asterisk * are mandatory fields.
  


• In the Invoice section of the Form:
  


• in the field "Fiscal code/number of identity document" insert your Tax Code or your National Insurance Number (NIN) or your Passport Number
  


• in the field "VAT ID NUMBER (with ISO code)" enter your VAT Number. If you do not have a VAT Number just enter "NO".

Before registering, please read carefully the registration instructions and details about the Registration Fees, Payments and Cancellation Policies.

The Registration is not definitive until payment is received, therefore participants are entitled to pay the reduced fee only if they finalize the payment before July 22, 2009.

For additional requests, like:

• wireless connection during the Conference
• specific dietary restrictions
• visit to the Scrovegni Chapel
