Payment Details

On-line payment: payments can be made after filling the online registration form. The Registration is not definitive until payment is received, therefore participants are entitled to pay the reduced fee only if they finalize the payment before July 22, 2009.
The following payment methods will be accepted:

• Credit Card: VISA / MASTERCARD. For online Credit Card payments Secure Socket Layer (SSL Tecnology) encryption will be used.

  Please, add the Bank Transfer's Subject with your Name and Surname explicitly indicated.
  Bank Transfers must be free of charges for the Recipient. Irregular transfers will not be accepted.
  If your Institution is going to pay for more than one Participant with a single transfer, please send by e-mail a copy of the Bank Transfer and the list of Participants (indicating for each name the selected type of registration) to secretary@rei2009.org.
  Note that after August 14, 2009 registration payments by Bank Transfer will no longer be accepted.
  Participants who have made late payments (after August 7, 2009) by Bank Transfer are kindly requested to bring a proof of payment to the conference registration desk.

On-site payment: The Conference fee can also be paid upon arrival, at the conference desk, by Credit Card only (VISA / MASTERCARD): cash or checks will not be accepted. Please, note that standard registration fees will be applied even if the online registration form was filled before July 22, 2009.
